This One-Pot Vegan Chili Con Carne Is the Good Winter Meal


Makes 6 servings 

Components:
1 (12-ounce) bundle of Inconceivable Beef or Past Beef
2 (12-ounce) cans of northern white beans
2 (12-ounce) cans of black beans
2 (12-ounce) cans of pink beans
1 inexperienced bell pepper, choppe
1 massive candy onion, peeled and chopped
2 (28-ounce cans) diced tomatoes (Cento really useful)
2 Tbsp further virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp granulated garlic
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp floor white pepper
1 tsp floor black pepper
4 bay leaves

 

Directions:
Over medium warmth, place olive oil in a big inventory or soup pot. Add the vegan meat, together with the onions, inexperienced pepper, and chili powder, stirring always to maintain from sticking. As soon as meat is browned, add all remaining elements and produce to a boil. Then, scale back warmth to low and let simmer for about quarter-hour.

Serve heat, and by itself or over steamed rice.
