Paul Taylor of the Langfield Driving Pony & Dartmoor Stud sadly handed away on 8 February, after an extended and debilitating sickness.
Paul was born in 1941 and lived a full life. In his teenagers, he showjumped on the Yorkshire scene, however his actual ardour for horses and ponies grew when he bought a Dartmoor pony mare, Janessa, from Woman Willingdon at Kilbees, and she or he helped type the beginning of the extremely regarded Langfield Stud.
Paul and his spouse Madge bred many profitable ponies, together with Olympia winner Langfield Canth. Canth was later exported to Australia to start out a brand new dynasty of Dartmoor ponies on the opposite facet of the world.
