The Police Division reveals that throughout the search, K9 Kari, a five-year-old Bloodhound, started barking uncontrollably and led the workforce to a tree. There they discovered a canine perched excessive within the branches, sitting on a pile of particles.
Fortunately, the KFD firefighters discovered a ladder that was washed away by flood waters close by and used it to rescue the canine.
