ALEXANDRIA, Minn. — The Minnesota Turkey Growers Affiliation and the Minnesota Turkey Analysis and Promotion Council have introduced the recipients of its 2024 Ranelius Scholarships: T.J. Mitchell and Brooke Sorah. These scholarships, named after Sven Ranelius, a founding member of each MTGA and MTRPC, purpose to acknowledge and help youth within the Midwest who’re pursuing a future profession within the poultry business, encouraging extra younger people to discover turkey as a profession path.
Through the awards luncheon on the latest 2024 MTGA Summer time Summit, Government Director Ashley Kohls highlighted the importance of the Ranelius Scholarship.
