URBANDALE, Iowa — The North Central Poultry Affiliation (NCPA) and the Iowa Egg Council (IEC) have introduced Mindy Larsen as their new chief govt officer for each organizations. The open place is because of the upcoming retirement of the present CEO, Kevin Stiles. Larsen will start her tenure July 2.
