Miami-Dade police declares the arrest of a canine groomer caught kicking a small canine in a viral video on Wednesday, August 21.
The canine groomer has since been fired after the video, recorded on on August 12, went viral. The person, recognized as 33-year-old Richel Yumar Gonzales, might be seen kicking the small Maltese/Shih Tzu combine canine behind the neck within the video.
